On Site Checks

Pictures of the ground taken where tank will be placed
Ground tank using ground plate or rod
Install hand rails and secure
Raise top rails and secure
Install vent pipes and caps
Install generator exhaust
Check oil level, coolant level, and freeze point; inspect belts and hoses
Start generator and inspect for fluid leaks
Turn main breaker on
Check and adjust power output on generator (Hertz)
Test communications
Check and test overfill alarms
Install Centeron system, send monitor and satcom serial numbers to the office

During Fuel Delivery

Inspect all offloading lines for leaks

After Fuel Has Been Delivered

Pump 11.11 litres through each dispenser and replace filters
Meter/receipt format verification
Call office to verify transactions
Inspect all dispensers for leaks
Check calibration with test can, attach receipt and journal printer print-out
Check secondary containment
Check all ground cables are attached and in good order
Check printers for proper readings and operation
Test emergency stop
Make sure all crash protection is in place
Ensure all lights are working
